Lessons are taught on a quarterly basis. Each quarter consists of a weekly lesson of one hour duration, for ten consecutive weeks. There is an additional week added to each quarter to schedule make-up lessons and student performance opportunities.
Private lessons are $50 per lesson, $500 per quarter. An additional fee may be charged for piano-accompanied performances, usually around $25, to cover costs. Quarterly payments are due at the beginning of each quarter.
The '07 - '08 teaching schedule is as follows:
- Fall ... August 27 - November 10
- Winter ... November 19 - February 2
- Spring ... February 18 - May 3
- Summer ... May 19 - August 2
